Professional boundaries
Workpapers and decision records stay under firm control; listed markets stay closed until counsel clears them.

What we record
Descriptive and analytical notes tied to workpapers; alignment to constraints the client (or firm) entered. We do not issue buy or sell recommendations or performance promises.
Firm oversight
When a reviewer finalizes a matter, the practice may optionally post a readiness signal to Bacenik’s decision trust ledger for portfolio monitoring. Local workpapers remain the source of truth if that connection is not configured.
Listed markets
Open a listed equity, bond, fund/ETF, or T-bill matter to file primary disclosures, a client thesis memo, and constraint alignment — not tips, suitability determinations, or trade execution. EDGAR assist and optional reference quotes are context for the engagement file. See status.
